The Field Operations Director is responsible for designing, coordinating and leading the Home Improvement operations support activities in the field, along with being the single point of contact for Headquarters associates relating to Home Improvement field operations ensuring consistent, customer focused, profit driven procedures.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Manages, analyzes and reports sales performance, operations efficiency and customer satisfaction * Serves as primary national field representative for vendors who do work with the Home Improvement Business * Builds and maintains business relationships between Home Improvement field management and corporate support teams * Partners with Finance and provides guidance and direction to field management as needed * Manages relevant Home Improvement prospects and programs; develops strategies and processes, coordinates field implementation, establishes goals and standards and reports results * Reviews, develops and manages national programs from inception through rollout, when required * Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for al field projects unless otherwise noted * Coordinates all legal and compliance environmental issues between Hoffman and the Home Improvement Business * Provides leadership for asset control programs, policies and procedures, including inventory, SFA and facilities (ACRONYM?) * Monitors P&L operational expenses and drives processes and procedures contributing to plan fulfillment (ACRONYM?) * Partners with Region Vice Presidents and Region General Managers to develop action plans on areas of weak P&L performance and monitors results * Audits regions compliance to operations processes and procedures * Audits and enforces compliance to all expense policies * Manages process and compliance related projects * Manages Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) revisions and updates * Identifies and strengthens areas of opportunity within the customer experience * Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills: * College-level writing and communication abilities * Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office * Project and change management skills * Strong knowledge of Home Improvement Business * Knowledge of productivity and profitability drivers * High degree problem solving skills, with a sense of urgency * Strong motivational skills, including training and coaching skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to lead and influence behavior * Ability to analyze and summarize data * Ability to prioritize and organize Preferred Skills: * Master's of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's of Science (MS) in Business, Statistics, Finance or Economics
