About this job
Provide basic nursing care to patients, under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Must be currently listed as NA I with NC Division of Facility Services; certification as NAII with NC
Board of Nursing preferred. Experience in hospital setting preferred. Must obtain and maintain CPR certification according to CCH policy.
Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged, extensive, or considerable periods. Must be able to lift,
position, push and/or transfer patients. Must be able to lift supplies/equipment.
Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching. Will be cross-trained to all nursing
units and float where needed. Must be able to work in smoke-free facility. Basic computer skills.
Schedule is AS NEEDED; minimum requirement is 18 hours per month. Will include weekend
and holiday shifts.
