About this job

The role of the IT Helpdesk at Washington Tractor fills may functions based on the size of the IT Department and geography of the business locations. The primary functions are (but not limited to) the following:

• Assist end users experiencing telephony, computer, network or system access issues
• Manage user and computer issues via the internal ticketing system
• Visit store locations (within Washington State) to address individual user issues and perform directed infrastructure maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting of network outages / issues
• Documenting work and processes performed in job function
• Must have the ability to work and manage your time independently
• Responsible to maintain a safe work environment
• Responsible to maintain a company insurable driving record.

Requirements

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:

* Commitment to serving internal and external customers
* Experience with Windows 7,8,10, Server 2012 R2
* Experience with Active Directory
* Basic Networking Knowledge
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and apply logic to solve problems
