Our Client is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for a position that combines administrative support, project management, and project coordination duties in a specialty construction environment.  We provide equipment and systems for the construction or renovation of swimming pools and aquatic facilities in North America and around the world.

Daily activities include written and verbal communications, correspondence and documentation, scheduling, administrative support and coordination for a range of simple to complex projects.   Responsibilities and duties will include primary responsibility for project schedules, customer contact, detailed communications and maintaining documentation for projects where our Client is providing equipment, systems and services as a part of construction or renovation projects.

This position includes direct project management, administration, and coordination in a range of simple to complex commercial and public pool projects around the world.  You will work directly project management and administrative staff as well as owners, developers, contractors, builders, retailers and service companies in all phases of construction or major renovation of commercial, public and institutional swimming pools and aquatic facilities.  If commercial, public or industrial construction is a part of your past or present life, and you are familiar with the construction project coordination, administration, and management, we have challenging and rewarding position for you.
