Our Host position interacts and seats our guests. They answer phones and take to go orders. Our Guest first Service starts with our hosts. Our Food Runners get our delicious food out to the guest. They also communicate with the server and expo's. The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job.
Requirements:
- Friendly demeanor: Smile - treat our customers like you would your family and friends. Think of it this way -- a smile and a kind word can mean the difference between a wallet full of tips and just some extra change for your cup holder.
-Good phone ettiquette. You are first person the guest see's or hear's- Make them welcomed!
-Willing to be a part of team- you know the saying "it takes a village..."
