The strongest impression of any company begins with the service you receive. We invite you to be the voice that carries customers through their interactions with Barclaycard. A Relationship Manager is the company's primary interface with existing and potential customers. In this role, you'll receive inbound calls, educating customers on specific account information, addressing concerns and answering inquiries to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business with Barclaycard.

Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 an hour plus opportunities for shift differential and incentives

Your Role

  • Receive inbound phone calls and internet chat sessions from customers to service their needs effectively and efficiently
  • Listen actively and establish rapport to quickly understand and analyze customer needs
  • Use computer software application to properly service customers' accounts while adhering to compliance regulations and security policies
  • Consistently meet performance standards set by department

Essential Skills

  • 1 year plus in customer service (including retail and service industry)

Preffered Qualifications

  • Banking or credit care call center experience
  • Good judgment and the ability to take personal responsibility for providing great customer experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, and a collaborative, team-based approach to work
  • Attention to detail, understanding the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
  • Strong PC skills
