This BILINGUAL Spanish-English customer service representative position is located in Tempe, AZ.

As a TeleTech Hurricane Harvey Relief Customer Service Representative you will be directly supporting those in need of emergency assistance, housing, and referral to other support organizations.  Your ability to contribute is limitless.  Join us for this rewarding experience.

We are accepting applications now and the positions may begin immediately.  Don't wait.  Your help is needed.

Your earnings consist of 

  • $12.48/hr base wage +
  • $4.41/hr (in lieu of fringe benefits)
  • for a total of $16.89 for the first 40 hours
  • Overtime is paid at 1.5 x base wage

What You'll be Doing...

  • First and foremost, listen. Put yourself in their shoes. You may have just lost your home, your car, maybe even a beloved pet or even family member.  Your ability to be empathetic and patient is key to helping them on the road to recovery.
  • Helping individuals register for assistance through phone, live chat, email or even social media. 
  • Provide referrals as needed for secondary support organizations and agencies.

What's You'll Need to be Successful...

  • Ability to speak, read and write fluent Spanish and English
  • Amazing empathy and patience
  • Superior communication and customer service skills exhibiting a high level of both empathy and professionalism
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Be a US citizen and 18 + years of age
