We have a Client operating a fine dining restaurant in the Penn Hills area that is in urgent need of an experienced butcher/meat cutter.
Our ideal candidate must be skilled at preparing meats for cooking; cutting and trimming large portions of meat into proper portions; have knowledge of different cuts of meats; Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers; ensure l works areas are kept clean and sanitary; must be reliable, demonstrate good customer service interaction and communication skills.
Work days may include Tuesdays to Sundays for afternoon and evening meals. Pay is depending on experience/negotiable.
