Additional Job Requirements
Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the GM, the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for:
- Store sales
- Quality of service
- Customer satisfaction
- Team Building
Management Candidates should ideally come from a quick serve / food service background with the ability to lead teams through positive coaching and mentoring. Your urgency must be on point, with the ability to have a 360 degree view of the operation at all times. Candidates must have knowledge of proper restaurant sanitation with food and labor cost experience being a plus.
