The Travel Associate will report to the Travel Supervisor and be the primary internal corporate contact for the entire company. This role will provide prompt world-class customer service to all associates and own the daily travel related administration.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in the latest travel rules and regulations, with the ability to make sound, comprehensive decisions that are in the best interest of the traveler and our company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Book domestic and international travel for all company associates traveling on behalf of the company who do not have corporate credit cards.
- Check daily trips ensuring travelers plans are not delayed and resolve issues as needed.
- Assist in planning yearly conferences to ensure hotels/flights are available.
- Partner with corporate travel service and supervisor on securing the best rates for the company.

Requirements:

- Must have 2-3 years of experience working in Apollo.
- Experience with Concur is preferred.
- Must be Intermediate in Microsoft Office.
- Must have 2-3 years of customer service experience and corporate travel experience.
