Welder's Helper - Full-time

We are looking for 3-4 local welder helper/Laborer, no experience in welding needed. Full Time Positions. Looking for individuals that are hardworking, and don't mind working outdoors/ Must have a valid D/L. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must have some forklift experience. Job duties and responsibilities

• Assisting the installers/welders on site and/or shop
• Loads, stacks, and transports stock, tools, dies, and work in process by hand or forklift (if qualified to operate)
• Lifts, positions, and removes workpieces from machines to assist in fitting and welding
• Sets up hoisting equipment for raising and placing of structural-steel members to desire positions
• Keep job sites clean and machines serviced
• Unload materials from trucks
• Coordinate and ensure all projects are completed on time
• Snow removal to ensure safe work environment
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications

Other job duties include manual labor such as grinding, installing bolts, paint touch up
