Client Care Scheduler - Full Time

We are looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. Our Client Care Scheduler must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and respond effectively to the changing needs of the seniors we serve.

Candidate must be willing and able to perform caregiving duties with a client on occasion, including help with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting and mobility assistance. Valid driver's license and an automobile required. 
 
This position is full-time. Work hours are primarily 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday with participation in evening/weekend on call rotation. 

Benefits include paid sick days, paid vacation, paid holidays including birthday and monthly mileage stipend. 

Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.
 
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office 365 required
  • College degree preferred, high school graduate required
  • Prior scheduling experience preferred
  • Senior care industry required
  • CNA  or caregiving experience preferred
