NOW HIRING: Full-Time Inbound Call Center - Customer Service Representatives in San Antonio, TX.

Hours of Operation:

Mon-Fri - 7am-10pm

Saturday - 8am - 8pm

*Must be flexible to work any shift between hours of operation*

84 NE Loop 410, Suite 400 (4th Floor)

San Antonio Texas, 78216

Starting Pay: $10/hr (up to $11.50/hr)

Bilingual pay differential $11/hr (up to $12.50/hr)

Hire Dynamics has partnered with one of America's largest business process outsourcing, revenue cycle and receivables management companies in the United States.  We are looking for inbound call center customer service representatives with a passion for delivering exceptional caring customer service support to its clients. This is a temp to hire position so we are looking for individuals who can commit to a minimum of 12 months. We offer paid training!

  • Must have at least a minimum of 1+ years customer service experience
  • 6 mos call center preferred but not required
  • Must be flexible to work during the hours of operation
  • Can you handle customer request via phone calls, chat sessions and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve caller issues with one call resolution?
  • Can you offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of owning the callers request to resolution?
  • Can you handle incoming customer calls validating caller and processing request for optimal resolution on the first call?
  • Can you adhere to published work schedule at all times?

You are unable to miss time or days during training class, please ensure you are able to be present during training.
