About this job

Checking guests in and out of the hotel and collecting payment or payment guarantee. Advising guests of hotel's amenities, frequent stay program and providing information on local attractions. Responding positively to guest inquiries and resolving guest complaints. Answering the hotel's main phone lines and transferring calls to appropriate extensions or looking up room rates and making room reservations. Being familiar with brand standards, policies and procedures. Keeping supervisor updated on hotel performance and guest concerns. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
