Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a warehouse in Montgomery, AL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pipe fitting
- MIG/Stick welding
- Repair of mechanical and electrical machinery
Job Requirements:
- Previous MIG/Stick welding experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
- Basic electrical and mechanical repair knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, and pneumatic hydraulic devices
-Routinely read and follow specifications, diagrams, manuals, blueprints, and sketches.
-Frequently use rulers, calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment.
-Routinely lubricate machinery, clean parts and other equipment.
-Periodically use flame cutting or gas welding equipment.
-Frequently repair electrical equipment.
-Responsible for trouble shooting equipment, making modifications to current programs.
-Assisting with the design and installation of new equipment work with engineering
-Will be required to work with Engineering and Production Personnel to determine equipment issues, trouble shoot mechanical and electrical systems, make recommendations of process and equipment improvements and provide emergency service to the facility.
Pay Rate: $18-$23 (depending on experience)
Shift Time: Monday-Friday Various Shifts (subject to change), some overtime may be required
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
