Job Responsibilities:

Packaging Associates will be trained to package sausage products into boxes by hand or Styrofoam plates at a fast pace. Associates will perform inspections and make sure that all product is at the highest quality. Packaging associates will enjoy employee product discounts, a great lunch cafeteria, sense of supportive community, advancement opportunity with the Pathway to Johnsonville, and a work environment that smells great!

The position will require that packaging associates stand and work within a 40-degree environment. Public transportation is not available in the area, you must have your own transportation.

Associate Requirements:

• Stand for Shift Duration
• Able to Lift 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
