Job Responsibilities:
Sanitation Associates will be using cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, while wearing required personal protective equipment to rinse, foam, scrub, and sanitize production equipment safely in a cold and wet environment. Associate will participate in daily team meetings, and must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary. A positive, team-minded attitude is required. All associates will enjoy employee product discounts, a great lunch cafeteria, sense of supportive community, advancement opportunity with the Pathway to Johnsonville Sausage.
The position will require sanitizing production equipment in a cold environment, and lifting 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires a reliable and honest applicant, who is able to work safely at a fast pace, while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic sanitation experience desired but will train the right candidate. Public transportation is not available in the area, you must have your own transportation.
