Banquet Server - Full-time / Part-time

Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to catering guest while maximizing guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly after they are seated according to established standards and procedures.
• Describe menu items to be served and work within policy to accommodate guest's special food requests.
• Serve menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to times specified on contract.
• Perform associated duties such as pre-shift set-up, condiments, china, glass, silver, etc.
• Perform associated duties such as post-shift tear down - condiments, china, glass, silver, linen, etc.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times in accordance with hotel Standards of Grooming and Standards of Conduct.
• Perform any duty requested of you by your supervisor.
• Must always make guest satisfaction a priority within the guidelines of the Hotel Guest Satisfaction System.
• Be willing to assist in any other department/task that may ask for his/her assistance.
