The Vice President, AML Compliance Risk Management (ACRM) will play a key role in the continued development and maintenance of the AML compliance program for the CitiGroup Global Markets (CGMI) Retail broker dealer.

* Review brokerage activity from a reputational, franchise, and KYC risk perspective and provide risk management advice

* Partner with the business, AML partners, compliance officers, Legal, and other functional partners, as applicable, to ensure that potential risks identified during onboarding, screening and transactional activity are appropriately addressed and vetted to resolution

* Provide compliance advice to the business with respect to applicability of policies and implementation of AML program and regulatory changes

* Provide input on new business initiatives, new products, and advise on complex transactions

* Participate in and manage, as appropriate various internal assurance processes, eg. Enterprise wide AML risk assessment, self-assessment, and internal audit

* Develop and deliver training to various functions as needed

* Bachelor's Degree required

* 6-10 years AML experience

* Prior AML/Compliance experience with retail brokerage is strongly preferred

* Possess strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Advisory compliance officers, as well as other business and functional partners

* Possess strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, and ability to navigate a complex organization

* Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills

* Ability to work independently and proactively, and complete deliverables in a timely manner

* Ability to problem solve and identify potential process improvements

* Ability to identify the AML risks associated with retail brokerage client activity and partner with the business to identify and manage those risks

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
