eDiscovery Litigation Support Analyst

A successful analyst will have the following:

• Ability to work independently and under deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and high level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree and or work experience
• 6-12 months experience in a related field, experience in litigation support or using EnCase a plus
• Data analysis experience is desired
• Development experience with basic scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) a plus
• Software administration and experience with data networking a plus
• Administrative experience with Exchange & Active Directory a plus

DISH Network has an exciting opportunity for an E-Discovery Analyst at our corporate headquarters location in Denver, Colorado. This position is a key part of our Information Security Department, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. This position is full-time, permanent, and salaried with standard work hours. This position has no supervisory duties, requires very little travel, and does not permit working from home.

This position will primarily be responsible for managing and executing the daily legal data preservation and collection requests associated with discovery of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).  This position will also be responsible for contributing to delivery of the project agenda for the DISH eDiscovery program including research, analysis and technical execution activities on projects.

The general responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Routinely work on legal data collection and processing tasks
• Lead and implement eDiscovery program enhancement projects
• Track and analyze results and trends
• Communicate project progress and concerns
• Collaborate with various departments in the execution of daily tasks and projects, including, but not limited to: IT, Legal, other business units based on the task or project
• Other duties as assigned by management
