Managers/Shift Leaders - Full-time / Part-time

Elevation Burger is looking for an Assistant Mangers/Shift Leaders in your area! A successful candidate will need to bring a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to each and every shift. This individual must be proficient in time management, problem solving and organizational management. Attention to details and follow through will also be attributes that will make this manager successful. We are looking for "students of the hospitality industry", who want to learn and progress in their restaurant career. As an independent operation you will work with ownership and the management team to accomplish the company's goals.Other requirements include at least 6 months of restaurant management experience. Open availability is a must! The Assistant Manager position exists to provide leadership and guidance to the staff. The operations are predicated upon a structured group of checklists that are in place to hold all staff accountable. As a floor manager, you are to police these checklists to ensure completion while elevating the level of customer service that our guests have come to expect.We take great pride in pleasing our loyal customers while providing a pleasant dining experience for new and existing patrons. We are looking for a committed candidate who can provide this same level of care and hospitality!

*Participate in hiring of employees*
