About this job
The Corporate Sales Consultant will be responsible for being the point of contact with
corporate customers utilizing both in-bound & outbound calls in a call center environment.
- The consultantwill provide quotes and answer various questions regarding best method for submitting orders.
- Corporate Sales consultant will follow up with the customer once order processing is complete & ready for shipping.
- The position will also handle & resolve any corporate customer service issues.
- The position requires computer literacy with extended knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
This is a Full- Time Seasonal position starting now and lasting through the holidays.
