About this job
You will be responsible for taking incoming Emails and Chats.
- Employeeswill reply to Customers in writing, in a professional manner using proper grammar and correct spelling.
- Problem solving skills & trouble shooting.
- Experience using at least 4 applications at the same time.
- Chat Software, WCGB Website, and Intranet & WEBOE/CS system.
This is a Full- Time Seasonal position starting now and lasting through the holidays.
