About this job

This position provides administrative support to all functions within the Distribution Center. Tasks require independent planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Administrative support for the financial cycle as it relates to Accounts Payable and Receivable including processing invoices and requests, reconciling statements, research and auditing.
• Supports the Sales team by processing orders, entering requests, file maintenance, and tracking.
• Processes HR functions including on-boarding and payroll
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed such as assisting with employee events, directing visitors , maintaining logs, maintaining office equipment, scheduling, etc.
• Provide general administrative support and projects as directed

***This position will ideally do a short training late September, then need to be available with 24 hours notice for Maternity leave coverage, which is expected to be 6 weeks. Hours are 8am to 5pm. ***

Requirements

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
* 2-5 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment
* Working knowledge of various computer software programs
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
