Job Summary:
The Great Escape
- Uphold The Great Escape standards of guest service in the Game areas. Assist guests in understanding game rules, prizes, and costs. All while following The Great Escape cash handling standards, maintaining acceptable levels of over/shorts, and creating family fun and fond memories for all guests.
- Assist Guests with general questions pertaining to individual games, as well as any other guest concerns in a friendly and approachable manner
- Utilize salesmanship, microphone, and sound systems in games area to attract guest to games
- Maintain cleanliness in Games area and throughout park
- Utilize A/C Task Lists at all times
- Operate in a safe manner
- Comply with all The Great Escape policies and procedures
- Willfully perform duties in any department at The Great Escape when necessary
- Be an active team member in the Games Department within the Games Department
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by supervisors and/or other members of management
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Must be at least 14 years old
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be outgoing
- Ability to perform general mathematical calculations in order to make change for guests
- Ability to actively communicate with large groups of Guests in a courteous manner
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
- All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
