Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Durham, NC

 

AtWork Personnel Services is presently seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) with courteous and prompt communication skills to service customers via phone, email and face-to-face communications.   The pay range is $12 to $13 depending upon experience.  This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments with customers for pick-up of their goods
• Handle and process all inbound and outbound customer shipments
• Enter and file all shipping/receiving documents
• Manage log to track all loaded and unloaded containers and generate reports
• Assist with conducting physical inventories and cycle count; keep accurate records; and key inventory data into computer system
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.

 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years previous customer service experience preferably within a 3rd party warehousing facility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a high stress and fast-paced environment
