Job Overview

The person in this position will provide support to the Accounting department. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Update & maintain customer database
  • Invoicing
  • Light Collections
  • Research accounts payable/receivable issues
  • Run, proof and edit reports

 

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in an office/accounting staff position
  • Proficient in Word & Excel, experience in an ERP application is preferred
  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • AA Degree (minimum)
