Job Overview
The person in this position will provide support to the Accounting department. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Update & maintain customer database
- Invoicing
- Light Collections
- Research accounts payable/receivable issues
- Run, proof and edit reports
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in an office/accounting staff position
- Proficient in Word & Excel, experience in an ERP application is preferred
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- AA Degree (minimum)
