The ideal candidate will have:
- Requires at least two years of construction industry
- Strong Word and Excel
- Interface daily with tenants, engineering and vendors in response to tenant and contractor inquiries and property issues.
- Code invoices for accounts payable.
- Coordinate of construction bid walks and project bidding for construction management department.
- Assist with contract management including establishing contract specifications, and issuance of new service and construction contracts utilizing company contract documents.
- Track tenant and vendor insurance certificates. Report to manager on a monthly basis those tenants that are in default.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree
