Medical Assistants With Excellent Phlebotomy SkillsDue to the expanding services, we are hiring additional Medical Assistants with excellent phlebotomy skills.JOB DESCRIPTIONInterview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and information such as test results in medical records. You must also have strong front and back office knowledge, with excellent customer service and communication skills.Perform phlebotomy (Excellent hard stick & butterfly skills required).Collect blood, logging/documenting, and prepare them for testing.Assists physicians to examine and treat patients, checking prescriptions, performing such tasks as giving injections and checking blood pressure.Apply EKG.Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, include light cleaning and restocking.Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies.Phone consultation with clients regarding test results & health concerns.Ensure proper documentation of patient care.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & OTHERSExcellent phlebotomy skills and customer services skills required.Basic front desk, clerical or healthcare support specialist skills/experience.Must enjoy helping others in a clinical setting.Must pass the background check.
