Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Assistant Manager will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence. Ensuring all tasks are complete and maintained to company standards. These include: supervising and training employees, onboarding of new hires, opening and closing the store, food preparation is complete, proper ordering is maintained, manage employee breaks and shift changes, accurately complete financial tasks, and maintain health and safety program standards. Assistant managers provide help with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of crew members. Coach and motivate new crew members. Assists General Managers assist in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, financials and team development. Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed. Maintains a high energy while providing fast, accurate service guaranteeing an excellent customer experience. Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks including: order taker/cashier, grill operator, sandwich dresser, fry station, quality control and frontline operator. Completes all other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements
Minimum Age 18+. 2 years of prior management experience. Experience in retail/food are a plus. Must be able to work days, nights and weekends. Has a basic understanding of Excel and making deposits.
