Freebirds World Burrito is seeking a results oriented HR Manager with at least 5-7 years of HR management experience in all aspects of HR who puts others before themselves, is a go-getter and is excited about making an impact everyday by supporting our restaurant, support center and field employees.
The Human Resources Manager will support human resources strategies, organizational initiatives and goals by developing, implementing and adhering to processes, procedures and programs. The Human Resources Manager may carry out responsibilities of some or all of the following functional areas: payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employment law and compliance.
