-Operate Coating Machine and produce High Quality Paper product within specifications
-Responsible for constantly monitoring quality
-Performs changeovers to the coating machine
-Activities not limited to roll exchanges, toll cleaning, doctor blade exchanges, machine threading, and filter changes
-Must have experience in blending/mixing/coating/extrusion operations-preferred
-Prior product manufacturing experience required
