Growing franchise restaurant ownership group is looking for an administrative assistant.

Ideal candidate must be a fast-learner, professional and highly organized. Must have clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills required: e-mail, internet, PDF, Microsoft Excel/Word.

 Sales experience and an outgoing personality preferred. Bilingual candidates a plus.

 General duties include:

· Utilize online banking to reconcile deposits and pay bills

· Write/Print and mail checks (as needed)

· Read and respond to e-mails

· Print and assemble monthly log books

· Maintain company social media page

· Respond to online customer reviews

· Respond to customer feedback (by phone and/or e-mail)

· Reach out to local schools, churches and businesses

· Run errands as necessary

This is a part-time hourly position, but with the right candidate will grow into a full-time position. Resume required.
