Team Member’s Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A 405 at Jefferson. We pride ourselves in having the best people in the business. Your support in back office operations will be essential to our restaurant in continuing to be “remarkable”.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications/Requirements

  • Habitual Attention to detail and not motivated by routine.
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Execute orders within deadline and take initiative based on the business needs
  • Executive mindset with leadership qualities
  • Background in HR, Business, Accounting, Public Policy, or Labor Law
  • Ideal candidate: pursuing degree or recent college graduate student.
  • Must be able to work every last day of the Month for Accounting purposes, and every Thursdays No Exceptions. This expectation will be met by the Office Administrator and in writing prior to being hired.
  • Must have excellent analytical and communication skills, written and oral

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and leading all Back Office reporting systems
  • Keeping office clean and organized and functional for all executive directors
  • Maintain all supplier accounts and all payments are up to date and paid in full
  • Assist with planning arrangements (hotel reservations, team member outings, meetings, appointments, leadership meetings, training summits)
  • Special projects and other responsibilities will be determined

Additional Information

  • More Professional opportunities will be discussed upon regular evaluations.
  • This is a part-time position (less than 20 hours/week) to work between the hours of 11am-8pm. The schedule will be determined based on the business needs
  • Must be able to work every Thursdays, and every end of the month.
  • Wage is Negotiable upon performance evaluation.
