Lead Parking Attendant - Winter Seasonal - Park City Resort

The Park City Resort Parking Department is looking for a Lead Attendant for the winter season. Assist in managing the schedules for the team, opening and closing, and support the resort as one of the first faces our guests see upon arrival.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing duties within the Base Area Parking Department.
• Manage schedules for Parking Lot and Booth Attendants.
• Lead parking lot set up; evaluating parking procedures on peak days.
• Provide exceptional guest service by welcoming our guests and directing their vehicles in and out of resort parking lots in an efficient and safe manner.
• Assist with traffic control as guests leave the resort.
• Being knowledgeable of your resort and assist in answering questions from guests when needed.
• Assist with snow removal where needed.
• Maintain an upbeat, can-do attitude.
• Adhere to all grooming standards; ensure grooming standards are enforced.
• Follow and enforce parking procedures to resort standards.
• Create the "Experience of a Lifetime" for our Guests!

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience – required.
• High volume guest service experience – required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays – required.
• Able to work in all weather conditions – required.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time – required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs – required.
