Harte Hanks, the world’s leader in marketing and business solutions, has an AMAZING opportunity in our North Austin Contact Center as a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent, supporting one of our premier clients! Training begins Monday, November 6, 2017!

In this role, you will receive inbound telephone calls, click-to-chats, or email communications from customers requesting troubleshooting and technical support assistance regarding software, hardware, and networking issues.  You will engage the customer in conversation while adhering to a “call map” to properly diagnose the issue(s).  Possessing the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner is essential.  This is an OUTSTANDING opportunity to exercise your technical experience while delivering top-notch customer service toward a “one call resolution” in a growth and client-centric environment!

To qualify, you must possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Solid understanding and technical aptitude of computer hardware, software platforms, and networking concepts-prior experience strongly preferred
  • High-degree of multi-tasking, active listening, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred; not required
  • Ability to commit to a 5-week training program, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., EVERY Saturday
