About this job
Location, Elgin, ILLooking to hire 300 workers. Referrals are always welcome and will be compensated.Assemble or modify electrical or electronic equipment, such as computers, test equipment metering systems, electric motors, and batteries.Assembles, tests, and ships sophisticated radio communication equipment.Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours [or more if working overtime].Light Computer skills and ability to read/enter data as required.Ability to read build documentation.Quality/Safety conscious with the ability to stay focused and pay attention to detail.Good attendance record and must be able to work 40 hours plus (including weekend work) overtime each week for the length of the assignment.Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.Quick learner with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Must be able to work with light fabrication equipment.Soldering skill a plus.Must be able to operate torque equipment.Good hand dexterity.Must be willing to rotate between various positions in the organization based on business needs.
