Supervising the catering operation, managing a team of catering specialists, interacting directly with customers, all while ensuring a high quality food and service experience is what this job involves.
In this role, you will be repsonsible for preparing food for large catering events, managing the production and efficiency of several team members, coordinating the set up and service at various venues, esnuring that the service and food quality are exceptional, supervison and development of a catering team and direct interaction with customer leadership.
