Construction Estimator / Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Construction / Masonry company in the Decatur area is currently hiring an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their team. Estimator / Project Manager candidates should have solid experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Prior experience in the masonry industry a definite plus!

Overall, the Estimator/Project Manager position involves managing a multiple projects simultaneously from the time of estimating through project completion. Job will involve making onsite visits to projects as needed in the metro Atlanta area.

Up to $90,000 + Benefits! Bonus potential!

Listed below are the daily responsibilities for the Estimator / Project Manager:

• Estimate masonry projects ranging from $10,000 to $3,000,000+
• Project manage those projects company is awarded from estimating, contract negotiation, submittals, buyout, through closeout
• Review and price all change drawings on projects awarded
• Manage invoices and change orders for each project
• Visit project job sites regularly to ensure accuracy and progress (Metro Atlanta area)
• Attend project meetings as required by general contractor
• Utilizing various softwares: ESUB, Planswift, TUT and Plangrid
• Participate in industry trade associations

Seeking the following skills for the Estimator / Project Manager:

• Proven work history in an Estimator / Project Manager position
• Experience in the construction industry required. Experience with a masonry company a plus!
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills in MS Office. Prefer candidates with experience utilizing Project Management and Estimating software such as ESUB, Planswift, Plangrid
