Recruiter

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Recruiter in Bowling Green, KY for 1st shift – 8:00am-4:30pm. Annual Salary: $55,000. Interested candidates should have 3-5 of experience in Recruiting Industrial / Manufacturing Hiring Managers or CDL Drivers.  The position is Direct Hire. 

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Serve as a primary recruiter for one or more regional companies
• Facilitate  the full recruitment life cycle
• Source candidates using various sourcing methods to fill open positions
• Screen candidates by conducting interviews by phone, in-person and web-based interview methods in order to effectively and efficiently qualify each candidate
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws pertaining to recruitment and employment
• Identify and recommend candidates to hiring managers for interviews
• Use Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) applicant tracking system and other recruiting software to seek approval and manage applicants through the recruitment and selection process
• Extend offers of employment to candidates who have been approved and complete the hire process providing correct new hire paperwork to the HR Coordinators for processing

Requirements of the Recruiter:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Recruiting Industrial / Manufacturing Hiring Managers
• 3-5 years of experience Recruiting CDL Drivers is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws pertaining to recruitment and employment
• Ability to understand and work with Affirmative Action Plans
• Must be willing to travel to different locations to participate and execute Employment Recruiting events, such as job/career fairs open houses and information sessions

Compensation of the Recruiter:

• 55,000 annual salary
