Immediate Opening - Shelby County. $24.10/hr. to start; 28.60 within 2 years.
REQUIREMENTS (gotta have 'em!):
- Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical program/degree, and/or 5-7 years' experience in industrial plant maintenance.
- Ability - and WILLINGNESS - to work:
- 12 hour shifts
- Any shift, and be on call - overtime and weekends (yeah, we're talkin' OVERTIME PAY!).
- Experience in the following areas:
- diesel
- mechanical
- welding
- reading blue prints
- conveyor systems
- hydraulics
- mobile equipment repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors, in all types of weather
- Must be computer literate
- Physically capable of performing all required duties.
- Able to work in high places and confined spaces
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Career-minded (great employer with minimal turnover)
- Drug free, background check
