 Specifically we are seeking a Full Time Shift Supervisor in our Salem, NH store. This position requires a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  The Shift Supervisor supports the Management team with Merchandising, Receiving, Associate Training, Efficient Front End Operations, and Store Standards.  This position could lead to Management opportunities for top performers.

 Responsibilities include:
•Upholds Company policies and procedures, including safety and operating standards; partners with Store Manager or designate to address associate and operating issues and problems in a timely manner; monitors associate work and provides appropriate feedback and direction as necessary
•Acknowledges customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner, promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support
•Prepares backroom for receiving process
•Supervises and participates in unloading the truck
•Meets and exceeds productivity standards for unloading the truck and processing the merchandise
•Assesses Stocking Plan needs with available Stocking Crew
•Assigns stocking jobs according to priorities and skill set
• Directs stocking and preprocessing activities
•Maintains stockroom organization
•Assists with processing price changes on product and merchandise displays as needed; assists with creating displaying required signage
•Assists with coordinating lane assignments and front end associate break and meal periods; assists and ensures the completion of required register audits, cash pickups, and check/credit verifications
•Directs and completes the return of misplaced product, customer return, and other product gathered in the front-end to the correct location in the store
•Upholds housekeeping standards throughout facility
•Participates in the Manager-on-Duty program when required
•Monitors building security, promotes and upholds associate safety, and provides emergency response as needed
•Supports and facilitates training and development of associates
 

Requirements:
