Requirements
Requirements-
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in Customer Service (retail, sales, call center, banking.)
- Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and proven job stability.
Job Details-
- Award winning 8 week paid training program Monday-Friday 8 to 5pm.
- Support Moen’s consumers with pre-and post-purchase assistance. Support customers with purchase and warranty questions.
- Receive calls from Moen customers to assist them with product questions, identifying and resolving issues. Utilize your product knowledge while helping customers.
- Walk customers through step by step instructions on installation and repair of Moen products.
- Will handle high volume calls while maintaining metrics goals.
- Inbound calls only. No sales or telemarketing.
- Full time position with shifts between 8am and 7pm Monday-Friday. NO WEEKEND WORK
