Call Experts is a fun, family-owned and operated call center located in West Ashley. We have been in business since 1982 and are rapidly growing. With us, there is room for growth and opportunity for all those that seek it!

We are a primarily inbound call center that specializes in taking/dispatching messages for different companies. The calls handled range from typical message taking for professional offices to complete call center entry.

This job posting is for an entry level second shift customer service representative position at our Charleston, SC location. We are hiring for second shift hours (range of shifts that begin between 1p-4p). All applicants must be able to work weekends!

Candidates must have a professional tone and clear speaking skills, be detail-oriented, able to accurately and efficiently type, and have a passion for giving great customer experiences!

Essential functions:

Must be able to operate the telephone, phone/headset, keyboard/computer system accurately using the company's software.
Must be able to speak and hear clearly through a headset in order to effectively communicate with each caller.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Must be on time and ready to take calls for every scheduled shift.
Must be able to efficiently type accurate messages into the system that correctly summarize caller's needs.
Must handle each account based on the instructions for that account.
Must display genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone.
Must understand and act in accordance with company Core Values and policies.
Must be able to be flexible with their scheduled hours

Benefit package for Full Time employees include: Paid breaks, medical/dental/vision insurance (after 90 days), and 401k with match after 1 year of service.
