Come help envision, define and design innovative online experiences that put our customers needs first and differentiate our website from others. We are looking for a User Experience Architect to work on both our Promotions and Personalization teams. As a Promotional designer you'll work on holiday experiences, new product launches and create unique brand experiences for some of the biggest brands in the industry. As a Personalization designer you'll have the opportunity to create highly customized experiences that show members we know what they are looking for and we have it.

We work in a highly collaborative, agile environment. We partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Merchandising to identify and understand opportunities. While working on a project we work in a close-knit group of copywriters, visual designers, web developers, researchers and engineers.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Translate high-level ideas into tangible, buildable and useful experiences for our members.
  • Support the customer throughout the buying experience, which could mean across devices or in a store.
  • Conceptualizes user experiences using sketching, storyboarding, information modeling and other methods
  • Communicate user flows as well as the pros/cons of the solutions so teams can make informed decisions.
  • Be part of the creative process from initial concepts and brainstorming through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing. Post launch, you'll be able to iteratively improve the experience by seeing how real customers interact with your work.
  • Collaborate with product, visual design, research, development and other business stakeholders in creating strategic solutions.
  • Leverage retail and design best practices
  • Effectively communicates design solutions to all levels of business partners and leadership
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field, such as information design, human-computer interaction, library science, cognitive science, graphic design, or industrial design
  • 2+ years experience working as an information architect, interaction designer or user experience designer
  • Proficient in Axure. Experience in prototyping
  • Portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
  • Experience in Agile a plus
