We promote from within. Most of our managers started out as drivers or inshops.
Drivers are paid $7.70 per hour ( while in shop)
paid .53 cents per mile (paid daily)
plus tips...when you have a small delivery vs. pizza joints that means quick turn around time and on to the next delivery.
Drivers average an all rate of approx. $10-$18 per hour
