Food Runner, First Tracks - FT & PT - Winter Seasonal - Park City Resort - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary: Responsible for delivering food items from Central Kitchen to dine-in guests at First Tracks.  Additionally responsible for assisting with bussing tables after meal service.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Provide superior service to our customers at all times.
• Set, clear, and clean tables.
• Stock bar as necessary.
• Stock service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments, etc.
• Clean, refresh, and straighten service stations and other work areas.
• Perform routine food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve and refill water and other beverage items as necessary. 
• Expedite food and beverage delivery while ensuring order accuracy. 
• Accommodate guest requests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school education plus at least one year of relevant experience - preferred. 
• Previous food service experience - preferred.
• Good personal hygiene and neat appearance - required.
• Ability to perform job duties - required.
• Ability to deal with customers courteously and efficiently in all situations - required. 
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills - required.
• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Permit, or be able to obtain one within 2 weeks of starting work - required.
