Green Ride is Currently offering a $1000 hiring bonus paid out as follows for drivers: $250 upon completion of training, $250 after 3 months, and $500 after 6 months.

We are currently hiring early morning and late evening CDL and non-CDL drivers. The early morning shifts available start as early as 1:20a, and end midday. Late evening shifts end as late as 4:00a. Our full time schedules are typically 4 10 hour days, and include at least one weekend day.

Green Ride Colorado, one of the fastest growing companies in Northern Colorado, is looking for great people to join our team! Our business model is based on respect and customer service, so we need employees who love people, like to drive, and want to enjoy their job. Green Ride is local to the Northern Colorado area.

Compensation: Compensation consists of base wage, shared tips and cash tips (not shared). Typical income for a starting non-CDL driver is $13 - $16/hour, and for CDL drivers $15 - $18/hour. Increase in base pay after 6 months based on performance.

Requirements:

-Great people who can Drive Safely. Safe defensive driving is Green Ride's top requirement! -Must be a team player, want to serve, and have a positive outlook on life.

-You are able to work with and support a diverse clientele. 

-Green Ride drivers must have great communication skills, good computer skills, problem solve, listen, direct, and communicate in many modes effectively and efficiently.

-Green Ride drivers must be able to work flexible hours based on passenger loads and business needs.

-Must pass a DOT medical examination and have a good driving record (MVR).

-Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, and applicants under 25 must have a very good driving record and usually some type of commercial driving experience (any job where driving was a requirement of the job).

-Background checks and drug testing are also part of the hiring process.

-Other requirements will be discussed at the short interview session.

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
