Isleworth Golf & Country Club is currently seeking quality, energetic and professional personalities to join the team of the 27th ranked Platinum Club of the World. This position for Chef de Partie will offer our Members and guests the very best quality in food preparation and plating in an array of dining outlets.
Tasks include preparing the necessary items each day to successfully run a service period, maintain a quality mise en place, cook, plate and maintain and orderly and sanitary work station. Assist Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine with projects and assignments as needed.

Essential Job Functions:
• Preps, sets and runs a safe, sanitary and stocked station at all times.
• Correctly stores and holds all foods at proper temperatures.
• Prepares and finishes food orders to specification in regards to proper timing, temperature, presentation, garnish and plate ware.
• Stays in constant communication with the expediter and other food stations.
• Works with other cooks as a team effort to coordinate each order.
• Returns all prepared foods to the designated area in clean and appropriate containers.
• Complete breakdown and cleaning of the station.
• Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen, it’s equipment and other areas of the restaurant.
• Ensures that guest "special" requests are handled promptly and efficiently and that communication between the front and back of the house is handled in a positive and cooperative manner.
• Performs any and all other duties assigned by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine, if needed, supervises food production personnel and stewards with focus on creating a professional work environment with the highest standards attracting and holding the brightest and best culinarians
• Attendance and punctuality is critical due to the scope of responsibilities and impact on other positions and department.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum of Three (3) years hospitality culinary experience
* Culinary school education a plus.
* Able to competently work the assigned station. Has a thorough knowledge of all Isleworth specifications (recipes, presentation, garnishes, plate ware and other kitchen procedures).
* Must be service orientated with a great attention to detail
* Must possess an understanding of private club style and F&B service with an emphasis on knowing member's preferences
