Responsibilities
* Partners with clients to gauge needs, clearly define position accountabilities and candidate success factors, determine how position contributes to the success of the Company, and discuss sourcing and selection options
* Posts all positions using a variety of options including traditional print media, online job boards and social media outlets
* Sources active and passive candidates for current and future openings using proactive sourcing methods, high touch direct sourcing and networking; keeps contact information updated and establishes relationships with top candidates to develop a strong pipeline
* Reviews candidate applications and resumes, identifies strengths and gaps based on position needs, performs initial in-depth, screening of viable candidates, and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
* Oversees recruiting processes and activities for his/her region, identifies areas of opportunity, and addresses them with sustainable solutions to ensure ongoing effectiveness
* Effectively manages stakeholder needs/expectations; trains and coaches clients on various recruiting processes to drive consistency; sets expectations about processes; and gains agreement on schedules and responsibilities
* Administers activities to effectively transition candidates in his/her area to the business; provides regular status updates; ensures candidates receive, complete and return all required documentation; partners with HR to facilitate relocation/training assignments; and submits communications to key stakeholders regarding people changes
* Administers, documents, and monitors all activity within applicant tracking system and completes related documentation to ensure compliance with government regulations and reduce related risks to the Company
* Generates standard and custom recruiting reports for clients

Desired Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management
* One to two years of full cycle recruiting experience in a medium volume, fast paced recruitment environment; experience in the hospitality and/or retail industry preferred
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with recruiting information and applicant tracking systems; PeopleMatter experience a plus
* Displays strong attention to detail; demonstrates effective planning and organization skills to meet the needs of multiple customers and candidates concurrently
* Maintains high level of flexibility; effectively and quickly adjusts to changing plans and priorities
* Customer service oriented; exhibits high level of responsiveness; readily understands and anticipates needs
* Exhibits good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and candidates
* Ability to accurately assess candidate skill set, motivation as well as job and company fit
* Ability to exercise consistent judgment when working with hiring managers and candidates
* Ability to maintain privacy and strict confidentiality
* Willingness to learn and achieve proficiency with new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Self-directed with the ability work independently with minimal supervision
